The LAist event team had a great idea for their upcoming major event Super Fun Saturday: What if we made a “Tiniest Desk Concert” based on Tiny Desk Concert that was like a mini version of the cubicle with musical instruments for kids to rock out on? They asked if I wanted to help and it was an immediate YES.
I’m most proud of:
Creating a booth that is totally portable
Amassing a large number of props that are also kid-friendly
Partnering with local music vendors to provide fun instruments
Introducing future musicians to their passions
